What I teach here is exactly what I teach my own 1:1 mentorship clients in their first session with me. Because learning how to regulate your own nervous system is an important and necessary first step to create a solid foundation of resiliency before doing any type of deeper inner healing work. This is why this program is Level 0. All of my clients start here before we can go any deeper.

Your nervous system is the bridge that impacts every single system in your body. This means that if your nervous system isn’t well regulated, everything downstream, from emotions, mood, to physical symptoms and overall health will be negatively impacted.
Those with chronic illness, empaths, HSPs, neurodivergents are especially at risk. This is especially the case for anyone with any type of chronic illness or illness of immune dysfunction, like autoimmunity, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue. Studies show a dysregulated nervous system will trigger or worsen immune dysfunction, and make it almost impossible to gain control over symptoms, and is often a major root cause of symptom development or progression. All of this is explained in detail in the program.
And anyone who identifies with traits like empath, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), or any other neurodivergent trait needs to be especially aware of nervous system regulation, because our nervous systems filter less information than average. If we don’t understand this fact and account for our nervous system needs, we can easily end up feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated, which can make even simple tasks of life feel like an impossible challenge.
Being a neurodivergent with a chronic illness myself who’s gained control of all of these things, I share from my personal experience, as well as the science, and results from years of work as a practitioner guiding souls like me to their own sense of self empowerment.

You’ll learn effective strategies from a wide range of science-based practices and modalities, including specific breathing techniques, focus strategies, dietary considerations, as well as a toolbox of modalities from acupressure, herbology, essential oils, and more. Demonstrations and instructions are provided and well-detailed.
You can take as long or as little time as you wish with the content. The introductory video is about 30 minutes long, and the rest of the videos and demonstrations range from 5 to 15 minutes in length. You can watch them all in one sitting, or take it step by step.
The tools, practices, and exercises only take minutes to do, and some don’t actually take any additional time out of your day. The key is committing yourself to trying them. With regular practice, you will notice a difference.
