I've made big changes to my own business
I pivoted away from a relentlessly exhausting back-to-back patient schedule as a Naturopathic Doctor, then launched my own coaching business helping clients to heal autoimmune disorders through nutrition. Only to completely transform the way I work with clients to focus on the deeply spiritual, intuitive, and transformative work that I’m most passionate about, now.
I’ve been through many different iterations and pivots, and I finally created my dream business doing the work that lights up my soul every day.
It took recognizing that I was stuffing myself into a box of how I thought I ‘should’ be operating my business. And seeing the truth about what I really enjoy doing and with whom. Then, giving myself full permission to follow the path my soul was calling me to go, even if it didn’t make sense to anyone else.
By coming out of the intuitive and spiritual closet myself, and unapologetically saying ‘no’ to what no longer sparked my own joy, I’ve been able to build my own version of a dream business, doing the most deeply soul-nourishing work, while living a life filled with the things that energize me and make me genuinely happy day to day.
I took the leap. I changed the kinds of clients I was working with, multiple times over. I gave myself permission to build offers that truly excite me, and to do business in ways that honors my sensitivity and prioritizes my health above all, while also giving me spaciousness for long walks in the forest and early evenings relaxing with my honey.
Where I used to be exhausted and feeling unfulfilled with my work, now, I’m exhilarated, filled with passion and purpose, and deeply excited for tomorrow.

As soon as you register, you'll get access to my schedule so you can book your 60-minute Zoom call at a time and date that works for you.
Before your session, you’re going to fill out a self-discovery questionnaire, so that I can get lots of juicy details about where you’re at now, and I can guide the session and bring you the answers that you’re ready for. And there’s space to ask specific burning questions you currently have.
I’ll take those answers you provided, along with your birth data, and look up both your astrology and Human Design charts, so that I understand more about your gifts and strengths, the challenges you’ve likely come across along your life’s journey, and your soul’s mission and purpose in this lifetime.
You'll also receive a 6-minute guided visualization to listen to before we meet, to help you get grounded and focused. This part isn't necessary, but it is extremely helpful so that your mind is clear and centred during our call. This way, you can get the most of our time together, and I'm able to pick up on more clarity from the energy on your end.
During your session, I’m going to ask you lots of questions and create space for you to get clear on what it is you deeply desire, and what’s really standing in the way of you having what you really want in your life and work. I ask you what is one burning question you would like an answer to by the end of our conversation.
Then, I'll be using my channeling and clairvoyant abilities to deliver the laser-focused messages and insights you're looking for to clarify your business strategy so that it feels truly aligned with what you really want.
