Here’s the BTS behind my recent pivot…

What I do now comes on the tail end of a succession of minor pivots since going online with my work 6 years ago.

First, I helped women with autoimmunity, addressing emotional roots while using therapeutic nutrition.

As I worked with this group of people, I found the ones who responded best were Highly Sensitive People (HSP), like me.

What lit me up most was guiding them to their own inner awakening, as I had.

And some of them, once on the other side of this growth & evolution cycle, recognized their businesses were no longer aligned to this upgraded version of themselves.

They wanted to pivot their work to match their new sense of inner purpose & soul mission.

And every time, my own soul lit up.

Something inside me would say “let’s go!”.

I would guide them to make the pivots that would leave them unapologetically operating their business in the way that’s truly best for them.

Feeling deeply fulfilled. With more financial success, abundant energy, and time freedom. While making meaningful impact to the greater good in ways that feel most important to them.

And with those clients, on that path, I was in my element.

Although I was working, it felt like playing.

And while I was focused, present, and using my skills, it felt effortless.

This was my flow.

And so, I had to take stock of my own direction.

This is when I decided it was time for me to pivot, myself.

To follow the call in my heart. Trust the breadcrumbs of joy.

This is what has opened me up to more abundant energy & satisfaction than all the push, hustle, and grind I’d tried in the past.

And my clients say the same thing every day.

It all came down to giving myself permission to operate my business the way that works best for me.

Here’s some exercises I teach my own clients to align to work that truly feels fulfilling:

I give every client the following foundational exercises to do.

These exercises are a starting point to help them better understand their own intuition, who they are, and what they really want.

The first, is to get crystal clear on their green & red flag feelings.

What are those?

You can learn all about it in my free lesson: Say YES to the career of your dreams. You can grab that using the link in my bio.

This green & red flag feeling technique is one I use in dozens of different ways with my clients. It serves you well to get very familiar with it.

Then, I get my clients to identify their top green & red flag values.

Go to The Google and find a list of common values. Go over the values, pick out your top 3 green flag and top 3 red flag values.

This is a starting point to help you calibrate yourself to options, paths, and decisions that will feel the most aligned for you.

There’s many ways you can use this information as you navigate your career up-levels and business pivots.

Of course, there’s much more to it than that. But this is a helpful starting point.

Once I came to this realization, everything changed.

The way I ran my business. The standards & boundaries I set. How I show up.

And WHO I BECAME as a result of owning my unique gifts and approach.

Now, if someone tells me they don’t want me to talk about the things I love on my platform, it’s a sign that they’ll be best served to find someone else.

Because the work that I do changes lives for the people who are meant to work with me. And quickly.

Clients who are seeking someone to go deeper than and beyond what other coaches, therapists, and practitioners have taken them.

Someone who can take them beyond just getting by, but step fully into thriving, inner overflow.

Someone who can point out the blindspots they can’t *yet* see, because they know that once they see it, they’re going to up-level and evolve to yet a greater level of their highest potential in their life and work.

Someone who’s gone through it herself and continues to. Who understands the ebbs and flows. And how to navigate the void and surrender to the unknown to come out the other side even stronger than before. With every layer that unfolds.

And they seek someone who values continual personal evolution. To not only find the deepest level of inner peace and fulfillment, but also to make the biggest impact for the greatest good.

These are my people. They light me up and energize my soul.

And they love the unique depth and perspectives I can offer them so they can rise even higher.

If I were to do it all over again, I’d listen to my soul instead of other people’s criticisms.

I’d know this time around that when someone doesn’t like what I do, to lovingly suggest to them someone they will like, and return my focus to my soul work.

Knowing that the people who are meant for me will get even better results the deeper I focus on my soul mission.
