My name is Michelle Dowker, I’m a wellness strategist with an educational background as a Naturopathic Doctor.

I’ve managed to get my life back after being bed-bound for months from endometriosis & an autoimmune condition using the Carnivore diet, and now maintain my wellness on a modified low-carbohydrate diet.
