(b) Personal information. We may collect personal details such as an individual’s name, location, date of birth, or family details;
(c) Contact information. We may collect information such as an individual’s email address, telephone number, postal address and other information that allows us to contact the individual;
(d) Financial Information. We may collect financial information related to an individual such as any bank or credit card details used to transact with us and other information that allows us to transact with the individual and/or provide them with our services;
If unsolicited personal information is received that is not necessary for one or more of our business functions or activities, we will destroy the information as soon as practicable, provided it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

We will respond to such request within a reasonable time of it being received by us. We will take such steps as are reasonable to correct information to ensure that it is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

Purchases
Should you make any purchases through WellBalance, you confirm that by accessing and downloading your purchased digital material, you waive any 14-day right to cancel laws and that they are no longer valid.
Any used 1-on-1 coaching and consulting time is non-refundable.
