I’m dedicated to providing you with the best services possible. All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for any sessions, programs, or services once booked, unless otherwise stated.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, cancellations or missed appointments will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment via the online booking tool or notify the Coach via email or private coaching portal (Voxer or Telegram) a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reshcedule your session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment with the required notice, you will forfeit your booked appointment and any cost already incurred, and will not be eligible to reschedule your session.
By purchasing a session, a course or program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
