I have a mentorship for experienced consultants, advisors, and practitioners who think ten steps ahead of the people around them, are driven to keep growing, and whose work often means solving complex problems or bridging people and systems that don’t understand each other. They sense a more advanced version of their work ahead of them, more fully their own than what they’re doing now, and they can no longer set it aside.
They want to bring that work forward at the level it’s meant for, built around how their mind actually works, even when others don’t understand or push back. And they want a thought partner who can see what they can’t yet see about their own work, and who understands how they’re built to operate.
1) Building the foundation the next level requires
The more advanced work you’re moving toward needs you steady in the situations where your automatic reactions currently take over. A specific set of unconscious internal rules formed earlier in your life. When something feels uncertain or risky, or when someone pushes back or disagrees, those internal rules take it as a cue to choose the safe or responsible-looking option over what you actually sense is right for you. You self-edit, over-explain, or reconsider your direction. That pulls you back from the work you’re moving toward.
We identify the specific internal rules, locate where they formed, and update them at the level they were installed, without re-living old memories. Then we put new internal reference points in place. Once a rule is updated, it stops firing the way it used to. So when stakes rise and pushback comes, as they do at every new level, your direction stays clear and your own knowing stays available. The pushback registers as information rather than as a reason to reconsider.
2) Shaping the next expression of your work
The way you see patterns and connect things comes so naturally that you assume everyone does it. That, with your intuitive knowing and your capacity to see what others haven’t yet, is what the next expression of your work gets built around. As we do the work in Step 1, these perceptive abilities become reliable skills you use as deliberately as your analytical and professional ones.
From there we get specific about the level and type of problem you’re built to solve at this stage of your career, and the kind of client or project that fits you. We name the exact thing you do that others with your title can’t. You come away able to describe your work so it doesn’t sound like what everyone else in your field offers, and the people who need exactly what you do can recognize it.
You continue to see your own answers more clearly as we go. I add an outside vantage on what’s hard to see from inside your own work. I catch the patterns across what you tell me, connect things you said in different places that you hadn’t put together, and notice which of your answers matter more than they look to you. Together, you see more of your own picture than you could alone.
3) Holding the work steady as it expands
As we cycle through Steps 1 and 2, both you and your work continue to evolve. Each new level brings the same themes back around, usually ones you’ve already worked through, now at a level you have more capacity to work with than you did before. That’s what keeps the work moving forward rather than circling.
What surfaces in relationships, professional dynamics, and transitions during this period is part of the same spiral. We work with what’s arising as it appears.
Over time, steadiness and flow become more available and easier to sustain. Your own knowing stays clear and accessible under pressure. Pushback registers as information rather than a reason to reconsider. You hold multiple perspectives without losing your own. You follow what your curiosity pulls you toward instead of pushing past it to stay on task. You build the more advanced work you couldn’t set aside, and you take it to the people who need it.
– Regular monthly 1-on-1 sessions via Zoom, typically typically 2-3 hours each, structured to get to the source of what’s activating and work through it fully in the session. A second session in the months when more is moving in your work or a decision is unfolding quickly.
– Direct access to me between sessions (Voxer or Telegram) for real-time reflection when decisions or dynamics are actively unfolding
– TimeLine Therapy™ and hypnotherapy sessions at key intervals, one of the core tools used in the clearing and updating work of Step 1. Frequency is determined by what’s emerging in your work
– Evolutionary astrology and Human Design used selectively as structural tools for self-understanding
– Resources introduced as relevant to what came up in session – including hypnotherapy recordings, guided visualizations, breathwork, somatic recalibration, and access to specific programs or materials from my resource library
– Have done significant inner work across multiple approaches. They can see their own patterns, are not in acute crisis or chronic instability, and take ownership of their results even when external circumstances are genuinely difficult. They know that knowing a pattern is not the same as having cleared it, and they’re not looking for more to learn – they’re looking for how to operate from what they already know, at levels they haven’t worked at before
– Have significant professional experience in consulting, strategy, policy, communication, practitioner-based work, or other roles where independent judgment and nuanced thinking are the primary instrument of the work
– Meaning, contribution, depth, and doing work that matters to them are the primary drivers at this stage of their career
Most clients take between 6 and 12 months, sometimes longer, before steadiness, clarity, and flow become their usual way of working. At first they tend to come and go. Clients who have worked with me over the longer term describe them as holding strong, even in the most challenging situations. For this reason, the initial phase of the mentorship is 6 months.
Most clients continue after the initial 6 months, either at the same rhythm as the first phase, or at a lighter quarterly rhythm once that steadiness is your default and you want someone to think alongside you as new chapters arrive. There is no fixed endpoint. Clients tend to reach a clear sense of when they’re ready to step back, and it tends to become clear to both of us at the same time
– Initial 6 months: $15K USD. A 6-month payment plan is available.
If this is where you are, send me a private message on Messenger or email michelle@michelledowker.com. We’ll have a conversation to see if this is the right fit for where you are and where you’re headed.
– What you currently do
– What you can no longer set aside
– Why now feels like the right time
– Your experience with long-term inner and strategic work
If a long-term commitment isn’t right for you at the moment, I offer a smaller, focused round of sessions. This is the same work as the first part of my 6 to 12 month mentorship, run on its own. We work through one pass of the first two steps of the process above, and you choose the specific focus:
– Your direction. You come away able to tell where your work wants to go next, and to separate that from what you think you’re supposed to want. You learn how to get clearer on the next move as you go, so you can keep moving without having the whole path mapped first.
– How your gift works. You come away able to see and describe the thing you do that others can’t, the thing that comes so naturally you don’t notice you’re doing it. You can then use it confidently and deliberately, the way you use your professional skills.
– Goodness of fit. You come away able to tell whether a client, project, or problem is a good fit for you, both before you say yes and with the work you’re already in. Fit matters more for you than for most people, because the right fit gives you more back and the wrong fit takes more out of you.
If you’re not sure which focus is right for you, we can figure that out together. Sometimes it’s clear from a conversation before you start. Other times it becomes clear in the first session.
This focused round of sessions can be completed in as little as two to three months if you’re ready to move, or we can pace them out over a longer period of time, up to eight to ten months, if you want more time between sessions to put the work into practice, or you want to spread payments out.
It’s $5K USD, flexible payment plan available. Send me a message and we can talk about whether it’s a fit.
